At LabLudo, we don’t just “show up” to work. We come together to solve the complex puzzle of child development, material sustainability, and architectural beauty. We value curiosity, precision, and a shared belief that play is the most important work a child can do. If you are passionate about building safe, sustainable, and iconic environments, you belong in our lab.
As a Playground Specialist, you are the visionary behind our thematic environments. You will bridge the gap between abstract storytelling (like our Bug Buddies series) and structural reality. You aren't just designing equipment; you are designing physical narratives that encourage cognitive and social growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize bespoke play structures using biophilic and child-centric design principles.
Create 3D renders and visualizations that communicate the "wow" factor to architects and developers.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure concepts are feasible and meet EN 1176 safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial or Product Design.
Proficiency in Rhino, Keyshot, or SolidWorks.
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of form, scale, and storytelling.
Precision is the heart of the "Lab." You will transform creative concepts into technical blueprints ready for fabrication. Your work ensures that every bolt, joint, and panel is perfectly aligned for our modular assembly system.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and assembly instructions.
Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and procurement.
Perform structural checks and tolerance analysis for various materials (Steel, HDPE, WPC).
Requirements:
Expertise in AutoCAD or Inventor.
Experience in modular construction or mechanical engineering is a plus.
High attention to detail—precision is non-negotiable.
You are the bridge between the Lab and the Site. You oversee the "Reality" phase of our projects, ensuring that the final installation is as perfect as the 3D render. You lead teams on-site to ensure safety, efficiency, and structural integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors across the region.
Conduct factory test-fits and final on-site safety inspections.
Liaise with main contractors and architects to ensure site readiness and compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction site management or playground installation.
Willingness to travel regionally for project deployments.
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
You are the ambassador of the LabLudo philosophy. Your goal is to build relationships with developers, landscape architects, and government bodies, helping them understand how LabLudo can transform their urban spaces into landmark destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure high-value projects in the residential, commercial, and public sectors.
Present the LabLudo "turnkey" value proposition to C-suite stakeholders and lead designers.
Develop and manage our regional representative network.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the architecture or building materials industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A strategic mindset with a track record of hitting growth targets.
We’re always looking for exceptional talent. If you think you can add something unique to the LabLudo team, send us your portfolio and CV.
